Return Policy

Attention: Please fill out the web form below for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning and exchanging any item. Please provide us with the original order number, a brief explanation of the return, and the action you wish us to take.

New/Unused Items

New items may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges. Item must be returned in the original product packaging and be new/unused. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the return. Custom assembled skates requiring an assembly fee will be subject to a dismount restocking fee.

Defective Items

Defective items will be replaced at no charge to the customer, if the defective item is received within sixty (60) days of purchase date. Please fill out the web form below for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The item will be replaced once the defective item is received and reviewed by us.

Exchanges

If you need to return an item for exchange, including a size exchange, please fill out the form below for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges back to us and the re-ship charges back to you. We will not accept exchanges of any kind after sixty (60) days of purchase date.
